President

With over 20 years of extensive experience, Mike Dillon is a seasoned leader in the plumbing and HVAC industry who has built a reputation for excellence in both residential and commercial sectors.

Mike began his professional journey in Northern New Jersey, where he honed his skills by building plumbing and HVAC systems for custom high-end homes. His commitment to quality and excellence quickly propelled him into larger projects, where he spent over a decade managing plumbing and mechanical crews on major projects along the Hudson River and in Newark's bustling business district.

Mike has led HVAC installations for major commercial projects including high-rise office buildings along the Hudson River, hospital mechanical systems, and educational facility upgrades. His expertise in large-scale commercial systems has made East Coast Combustion the preferred contractor for property management companies throughout Northern New Jersey.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mike is deeply committed to his family and community, cherishing time with his wife and four children. A passionate advocate for youth sports, he dedicates his free time to coaching baseball and football.

Ryan Hennion, CPA

Vice President & CFO

Ryan's professional journey began when he graduated from Rutgers University in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He worked for BOC Gases (later Linde Gas), spending eight years in their major onsite plant division, developing skills in accounting, legal, and sales through contract negotiation and execution.

In 2012, Ryan earned his Master's Degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and transitioned to the accounting industry. He obtained his CPA license in New Jersey in 2016 and founded Hennion, CPAs in 2017, growing the firm to include offices in Lafayette and Morristown, NJ.

In 2024, Ryan became a major shareholder in East Coast Combustion Specialists, transforming the company's accounting and legal functions to enhance operational efficiency and customer value. A family-first businessman, Ryan serves on the Advisory Board of Provident Bank and the Board of Directors for the Center for Prevention and Counseling.
